If you reserved your room via your VMworld registration, yes, extra charges will apply for an extra person, per night sharing the same room. If you reserved your room via your VMworld registration you will be required to submit a credit card number. This card must be valid past 30 November 2018. The hotel will only charge your card in the case of a no-show or cancellation made after 14:00 on Friday 19 October 2018.
Yes, if you reserved your room via your VMworld registration. However, you must advise the VVMworld 2018 Europe housing team of the change. Please send an email to at VMworldEurope2018Housing@vmware-events.com to make such changes.
For rooms reserved via VMworld during your registration process: You may cancel your reservation without charge until 14:00 on Friday 19 October 2018. After this point the hotel will charge in full for the entire stay.
For rooms booked separately outside the registration process: Please contact the hotel to determine its cancellation policy.
