I'm VERY happy with LM 3 I was in the beta since Late April and was using it in production by mid-May the features were too numerous not to do it. Things are much better layed out you get all the nice HA/DRS functionality from VC. I still have some small feature improvements. My company bought LM in Aug 07 based on the promises of VMware to fix the 'isms of 2.5 they have certainly done that and more.
