VMWorld 2008 -Canadians

Hi Gary,

I'm from Canada, eh!

I'm out in Vancouver and will be attending VMworld for the first time - can't wait!

I haven't booked a hotel yet, but I'm leaning towards The Mirage. However, I've never been to Vegas before so I'm just going by recommendations I've found online.

Other hotels on the list are Harrah's, Bill's Gamblin' Hall, Bally's, Planet Hollywood, and MGM Grand as they are all close to the monorail for easy access to the conference. I'm hoping to get something booked soon.

I don't know anyone else who's committed to going yet. I might surprise my wife and take her.

I'm from Hamilton, ON and will be attending. I also attended VMworld 2007 in San Francisco. I'll be staying at the Palazzo during the conference.

finally got boss' approval this week...registered; but not having luck with hotel search yet...this will be my 2nd vmworld...arriving from Ottawa on Sunday...
