Instructions needed for installing and using RCLI for ESXi 3.5


I need instructions on how/ where to install RCLI for ESXi 3.5. We have a windows virtual server running on the ESXi host that I would like to use putty on. What needs to be done to be able to use putty on the ESXi host?
