VMworld 2012 San Francisco Hotel Recommendations

Anyone can recommend a good, nice and cheap hotel for VMworld 2012 San Francisco?

Hotel Fusion - not on the official list, but close to the venue & reasonably priced. Hope that helps...

I've booked with Abri.

It's a good hotel, not too expensive, 10 minute walk to Moscone Center. Hotel rooms have free internet and have recently been refurnished.

I booked Fusion Hotel based on Shane's recommendation. If it's bad i won't have far to go to complain to him ;-)

Sharing a room with a mate from my local VMUG. Paying our own way so trying to save money.

Re: VMworld 2012 San Francisco Hotel Recommendations
@Daunce - if it's bad, I take no blame. This is my 1st time staying there myself. The only reason why I recommended it is because I searched for other hotels around the area that weren't on VMworld's list and that was 'cheap'. My org is paying for all of this and staying at one of the other hotels woulda been fine, but I still try to save $$ when I can. Also, this hotel was suggested by a colleague. I hope it's not too awful bad myself!

I stayed at a Red Roof Inn in Chicago last week and it was horrible! I don't remember the last time I was in a hotel that bad.

Anyway..hope everyone has a great conference this year! Hope to meet you all there!

Regards.
