Hello David, there are a few users that have reported seeing this error. We are currently working with the myLearn team to resolve the issue.
This is still a problem for me.
Any ETA on the resolution?
Mr. Cromero,
Is there a ETA on rsolvinmg this issue.
It's just ridiculous that we cannot download more than onse session at a time .
The problem is still existing. I cannot download the sessions.
It was possilbe to download one session and after that the problem occur again.
any workaround ?
I've reported the usernames in this thread to myLearn to investigate. Currently there is a work around on the back-end that will fix the account issues users are seeing when watching VMworld.com sessions. If you are still experiencing issues by tomorrow please email directly at cromero@vmware.com. The myLearn team is deploying a fix for the bug that was introduced on December 9th. Sorry for any trouble this is causing.

I have the same problem but have found a work around. It sucks, but it works
.
Assuming you are using Microsoft Explorer:
1 Close your browser and open it back up.
2 Go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > BROWSING HISTORY > SETTINGS > VIEW FILES
3 This will open a file explorer windows with all of your Windows temporary files.
4 Delete all of these files.
At this point, you can go back to vmworld, log in and view another session.
NOTE: I have to do this after EVERY session I watch / download.
Hope this helps.
