Is anyone out there running the ESXi 4U1 Embedded from Dell that includes the Dell Open Manage bits?

I am having a helluva time reflashing my servers that are running ESXi 3.5 Embedded.  I am getting a variation of the PSOD during the loading of the setup program.  The server in question is a Dell PowerEdge 2900 with 32 GB RAM, 4 GB USB Flash for embedded ESXi and 2 RAID 5 arrays (1.6 TB & 800 GB).

Anyone else running into any update issues?
