I am new to virtualisation. I have loaded ESXi 4.0 on HP Proliant Server and trying to convert Dell Desktop with 32 bit XP professional to Virtual Machine. When I power ON Vitual Machine. Nothing is displayed, cursor keeps on blinking at the left top corner of the virtual screen. I am not able to understand the problem. Can anyone help me Please.
