Cheating?


I suspect cheating going on here...

A certain user -?- has been logged on to the challenge posting a score of 0 or relatively low, constantly for weeks, no matter what time you log in and check (I suspected this a while ago and logged on at random intervals - night/day etc.. user was always online posting 0 scores on every question.)


Then suddenly at the end of the month, a certain user spikes into action and gets top scores.


I suspect cheating and/or scripting.


Defend yourself publicly.


Admins - Can this be detected? Its unfair... especially with the apparent prize of a ticket to VMworld at stake....

Ok, maybe it is possible, I just spent a few hours at it and got fairly good scores :) but I was honest! No sitting there recording etc etc!!!

If you must know I did play a lot of games for hours and hours. I had no help. No cheating and/or scripting. Just dedication, a lot of wrong answers and red bull on my side. I did have to use google to research what the correct answers are but playing the game a few times will not get you a great score. Put it this way.. I played about 6 hours straight a few days.. The questions eventually repeat themselves... my guess 300-400 questions in total.

No witchhunt, just was suspect something strange was going on, as when each question was loaded for me, even if i answered within a millisecond, the maximum points I would get would be 80 or 90 - could never get 100!! But I happened to play once with a different browser (not MS IE) and things were different! :) So yeah, fair enough.... Credit where credit is due I guess!
