ESX install fails at 64%

I am using NEC Express 5800 R-120 server to install ESX 4.0 on it.  Every time, it failes at 64% saying unable to download (some vmware-esx-tools).  Not sure what is happening.  Any idea?

Have you checked whether the server is on the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL)?

Yes,I also think about the HW,check it from www.vmware.com/hcl
