I have installed VMWare trial and have a Virtual Machine Running.
Everythings works except it's somewhat slow and the VM freeze when inactive.
When I go to my main OS for more than 10 min thenI toggle back to VMware the VM has frozen.
What are the first things I would need to investigate in order to get more speed from my VM and resolve the freezing problem?

Could you describe your environment a little? What hardware are you running on? RAM, CPU, Hard disk space/type. What OS are you running under VMware? What Version of VMware are you running, is it workstation, Fusion, vmware server, esxi?
