Can anyone help me in doing Vmotion!

Hi all,

 

I am looking for a Vmotion solution for my ESX farm... Can anyone provide me the step by step details of the Vmotion process including the network configuration and how to setup the vmotion environment.. Also provide me the indepth details of DVswitch..
