To/From Hotel

I chose my hotel carefully looking for the right price and amenities.  I always want a hotel with a jacuzzi.  Ended up with Holiday Inn Golden Gateway.  Is this a good distance from Moscone Center?  I understood there would be frequent shuttles for hotels that are further than walking distance.  If not, anyone stay here in past conferences and have comments on getting to/from the conference center?

This is a pretty decent walk from Moscone, and theres no relly good muni route along that line. 

 

 

 

 

 

I dont know anything about shuttles that will be offered, but the best non shuttle way would be to get a 1 week MUNI pass (about $30).  The bus stops right near your hotel (the 49, i believe), and will take you to the Van Ness MUNI stop.  Get off there, go under ground, and take the Muni INBOUND to Powell St. Station (2 stops).  Then, get out, and walk 2 block to moscone.

Looks like your on shuttle route 1. I'm at the Monaco which is the same route.

Inn Gateway is also a good hotel. The facilities available are quite good.
