Wow, we've got some serious traction this year!  Thanks to everyone who's jumped in to help or has already RSVP'ed!

This is going to be a great event.  We've asked the Thirsty Bear if they'll knock down the walls and expand the room we'll be in.  I don't know why but they're not willing to do it.  This means that we will reach capacity for this event.  This is good.  This might be bad if you RSVP'ed and don't show up until later in the evening. 

This will be bad if 1000 people RSVP.  If that happens, well, we'll talk about it then ok?

RSVP early. Show up early.  Remember, you're here to relax. Don't stress , have an organic microbrew.

We're going to fill up I'm guessing right at seven, If you're above this post, please try to be there as close to seven as possible.  It's going to fill up quick.  If you're below this post, we'll do what we can to get you in.  If you're the 150th person RSVP'ed please don't act shocked if I tell you that it's already full.  We'll do what we can to accommodate everyone that wants to come say hello.  Thanks everyone for the interest, and we look forward to seeing you!

No idea, but I'm not renting the whole place!   There will be seating downstairs for folks if they're looking for a meal (I recommend eating here, hard to go wrong) or room at the bar. 

I'm working on getting an adjoining space to the room we're setting up in. We'll be in the Billar Room.
