Windows 2008 Failover Cluster

I am implementing a Windows 2008 failover cluster for my sql 2005 service.  I understand clustering is different in 2008 than in 2003.  Are there any special things I need to do on the VM that I need to be aware of?

I am planning on creating a 1 GB witness LUN

I am planning on creating a 250GB SQL Data LUN and a 100 GB SQL Log LUN.

These will all be RDMs for the two Win2008 servers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Windows 2008 Failover Cluster

I've seen people successfully configure Solarwind iSCSI solution with Windows 2008 MSCS though, but if you want to know in depth about MSCS, read here http://www.boche.net/blog/index.php/2009/04/01/setup-for-microsoft-cluster-service/

Hope that helps.
