Hi,
I still have that issue. How did you get managed to get to the schedular?
I only got the catalogue site.
Thx.
They seemed to have changed the website url and forgot to tell lots of people about it :/

Yeah if you follow the URL (Session Scheduler) in the email they sent out you can get to the scheduler but there appears to be no way to navigate to it on the site that I can find.
Once you are there, it's a bit clunky, but if you choose sessions, labs, etc you are interersted by adding them to your interests, then go to the priorities page and assign priorities to each session, then go to auto-scheduler and it will attempt to build a schedule and will show you the conflicts. This is great but I have a few problems which are really annoying so close to the start of the conference:
1. If you hover over the session code number which is a hyperlink, it shows you the title of the session. If you click the link it is supposed to take you to the session detail. It sometimes works, but most of the time it will log you out from the site and divert the popup window to the main VMWorld page. If you close the popup and try and change anything else in the parent window, it jumps you straight back to the main VMWorld page as well, forcing you to re-enter your login details and type in the url for the scheduler again. The only safe way of viewing the detailed text about the sessions I have found is to go to the session catalogue which is curiously sorted alphabetically by the title of the session (including words like "A" and "The"), instead of more helpfully by the subject code!
2. The Labs do not have a schedule associated with them. When you try and run the auto-scheduler, it says the labs are under schedule maintenance. There is no information anywhere I can see about when these are available or if they run all the time - can someone enlighten me on this? Come on VMWare - sort it out!!!
Cheers anyway...
Leon
