Could someone help me understand why my printer will work in either MAC or Windows Virtual Machine Fusion, but as soon as I go from MAC OS to Windows or vice versa, the Printer no longer is available.

I have to re-install in the MAC side to print , then re-install in Windows when I want to print there.  Why can't I print when in either MAC OS or Windows OS?

This is driving me crazy and I can't figure why this is happening.

System: OSX 10.5.5 and Windows XP Professional running on an iMAC with 500 GB HDD and an external Lacie 500 GB HDD (firewire) for backup thru the Time Machine feature.
