VMWARE fusion

I have an apple computer and use VMware for the window side. I cannot get into windows the screen is black.I have tried to uninstall the program but it says I need a password. The password works when I go to support but does not work to uninstall the program. Any suggestion on what I can do???

I'm sure there are several folks on this board who are Fusion "gurus"...but for any VMware product specific questions, you should probably post your question to the VMware Community boards.
