I have an employee that was going to attend but lives in Houston that has had home damage and will not be able to attend.  Does anyone know what options I have.  Also, do you ever receive and actual ticket for the event? I only received the confirmation email.

I am 99.9% sure that they will make some consessions for you.

At the least, they will defer the value of the registration to next year's event.

I went through IKE, I live in Seabrook TX, Ground zero. The town was closed for several Days after the huricane and when I could return only to find House had been flooded. I ask for consessions still have not heard anything.
