First timer here.  Have been hearing lots of good stuff about the consolidated backup system.  ISo we thought we would check it out.  We are currently using Veritas backup exec, I think it's version 11.xx.  I found a few white papers.  Anyone have any real world advice for a first timer?  We have a Xiotech SAN and 4 ESX servers.
