VMWorld 2008 - Content Catalog

So, the content catalog has been released.

But I only see Labs and Panels and none of them have times.

Anyone know when I can start building my schedule?  Maybe I'm early, but I could have sworn I started my schedule already by this time last year.

Hi

When I registered the notification advised that you could commence building your schedule in August.

The catalog was expanded last night, and lots more sessions are visible.  But I still don't see how to sign up yet.

Aren't those posted items from VMWorld 2007 and Europe 2008? I don't see anything posted for VMWorld 2008. Or I am looking at the incorrect spot?

Re: VMWorld 2008 - Content Catalog

you're in the right spot i think. they say in another posting from the vmware team that the Schedule Builder goes up in mid-August, so you have a couple weeks yet. The Catalog is up though...

Re: VMWorld 2008 - Content Catalog

The Content Catalog only has descriptions but no schedules of when the sessions are.  Since I'm new to the VMWorld conference, is the schedule of times part of the schedule builder?  I want to make sure that I don't miss out on the hands-on sessions.

Re: VMWorld 2008 - Content Catalog

Schedule Builder will be available in mid-August. An email will go to all registered attendees letting them know that it is time to build their schedules. Schedule Builder is a quick, easy way to plan your VMworld experience. It allows you to search sessions by topic, speakers, and other key parameters, so you can customize your VMworld experience to suit your specific needs and interests.

Is there an exact date on when the scheduler and classes will be

available to schedule? I'd like to block off a chunk of time now and setup a reminder.

When I did it last year, the process took some time. The GUI was okay, but I'm hoping they improved it this go around. ~Jason

It looked like it was up.  I went in and created my schedule.  But now, I don't see a link or anything.

Anyone have the url to get back to the schedule builder?

I tried logging into the URL posted above and it keeps telling me invalid user and password.  Did you get email confirmation with user id and password?  I have not received anything yet.

I'm also having problems logging in. Why did some people already got the email and others did not?
