Command to Check Hardware on ESX Hosts

 

Hi

 

 

i am very new to this VM Ware Environment and i have a question about the commands on esx servers. Is their a command to check the hardware status on an ESX Host running ESX Server 3.0.2

esxcfg-info |more

 

 

U'll then see a ugly long list with almoust everything.

could also use the Powershell for VM toolkit and do a lot more than get Hardware info.

What exactly are you looking for??  Hardware status is fairly vague.

 

 

Can you provide some additional details?
