I have two questions..

1.  I work as a support engineer for a monitoring tool which monitors vm iam a novice in vmware esx or gsx or zen etc etc., where should i start learning about this from a monitoring perspective.

Second question.

1. Recently i heared that vm has taken over b-hive and it should be shiped along with the vm products what is the stand out feature of b-hive which brought about this decision and how it is different from monitoring tools like eG Monitoring Suite and netcrunch.
