I can find no documentation or posts online on how to install VMware tools in a Linux Guest in 3i.  The .rpm and .tar.gz packages are no longer on the .iso image and there is no readme or install file detailing how to install the tools using the files that are on the tools iso.

Anybody have an ideas?
