Session Abstract: | This session focuses on the ""how to"" of provisioning vApps in a cloud environment. At the hardware layer, we'll first discuss the provisioning of UCS servers on Vblock architecture and the definition of server profiles. Moving up the stack we'll cover installing and configuring vSphere, applying host profiles, and creating network & storage policies. Next, we'll create virtual datacenters using upcoming VMware cloud technologies and define service catalogs, apply cost models and deploy vApps. |
