Session Abstract:

This session is for those who want to understand the concepts, inner workings and best practices for the vSS, vDS and Nexus1000V virtual switches. We will cover such topics as forwarding, teaming, failover, beaconing, vMotion, IP storage, gateways, HA, FT, VLANs, IPv6, LBT, and NetIORM. We will also look at some typical 1GigE and 10GigE deployment scenarios and how to best configure the virtual and physical network.
