I need a scripts that retrieves the same information that I get when I

use the VMware Infrastructure Client with "Hosts & Clusters"

selected and "Tasks & Events" selected.  Is this possible. I am a newbie in usin vi Perl script. CAn anyone help me out in getting this info.
