Session Title:

VMware Lab Manager Technical Deep Dive

Session Abstract:

VMWare Lab Manager is a key solution in the VMware product set for managing a library of multi-VM configurations. It supports instantaneous check out and capture for a variety of use cases: development and test, patch testing, training, demo, support, and offshoring. It also provides the ability for non-technical end-users to self-provision multi-VM configurations.
Through demo and interactive discussion, this session provides an in-depth look at the technical underpinnings of VMware Lab Manager. We will show how Lab Manager provides significant hardware and storage resource savings and discuss the way Lab Manager accomplishes rapid provisioning, library management, and resource-reuse.
