This session will discus how BT Media&Broadcast are adopting a virtual desktop infrastructure to maintain its International Media Center the control hub for broadcast&network operations and support.
A singular infrastructure platform that is accessible globally providing round the clock/follow the sun operational support to overseas management centers. Also enhancing its own customer's access, by providing secure access to specialist applications which are not supported by traditional terminal services access and thereby enhancing end user experience.
