Speaker 1: | Stephen Sanger has been at SAS Institute Inc. for 17 years and currently manages the Service Availability Management team. This team is responsible for monitoring the SAS IT environment, performing capacity planning, investigating and resolving application performance issues, and managing SAS's IT configuration management database (CMDB). In addition, Stephen spends a significant amount of time researching, documenting, and applying IT best practices (such as ITIL) to SAS's environment. He led the capacity management, monitoring, and problem resolution process for SAS's Remote Access Computing Environment (RACE). Stephen is both a certified ITIL practitioner and TCP/IP Network Analyst. |
