Speaker 1:

Henry Chu has been with VMware for more than 2 and half years currently as a Product Support Engineer. He works closely with the HA Core Engineering team to address customer and supportability issues by integrating solutions to the product development cycle. He also provides product trending analysis to identify common issues to drive improvements. Among HA, he also focuses on ESX 3.5, ESXi 3.5 and Virtual Center. Before joining VMware, he spent 5 years as a NOC System Administrator in a web hosting datacenter managing Windows and Linux systems.
