Aside from uploading a file, you can also create a wiki document for the community to collaborate on and collectively share postings on.  Both the "upload document" and "create wiki document" options are available by clicking on "Create a Document" link.

If you submitted a "Call for Papers" presentation for any of the VMworld Conferences, but did not get selected to speak at the conference, this is a perfect way to share your presentation with the VMworld audience.  Create a document to share that presentation you have and receive valuable feedback from the community through discussions and comments.
