Zones:

Content on the VMworld website is orgnized by content Zones, they are topic based and help you identify where you might find various pieces of information. The VMworld.com site is an industry site, so content zones will tend to focus on industry topics. If you are interested in requesting a new Content Zone, you can do this on the main zone tab.

Partner zones are zones which are moderated by VMworld.com partners and will tend to have content focusing on product specific topics.

Posting Content

The VMworld community website allows you to post content to various "Content Zones" that have been created by the community. The community platform allows content to be posted in serveral different forms.

1. Forum postings, which are arranged by thread topics sequentially by time/date.
2. Documents, which can be "world/powerpoint/pdf" or wiki edited documents like this one.
