Registration Cancellations
  • All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
  • For a full refund, cancellations must be received by close of business on June 8, 2012.
  • Cancellations received between June 9, 2012 and close of business July 27, 2012 will receive a 50% refund plus a $50 charge for processing.
  • No refunds will be given after July 27, 2012.
  • Please note: Any requests to change the payment method used for a completed registration will incur a $50 change fee. If you need to make a change, please contact the VMworld Registration Team.

    Credit will be returned in the format payment was received i.e., payment by check will be returned in the form of a check.
Hotel Cancellations
You can cancel your hotel reservations directly through the registration system by logging on to your account and selecting Edit Hotel Reservation. Three weeks before the event, you will receive a final hotel confirmation, which will include instructions for contacting the hotel directly in order to avoid a one-night cancellation fee.
