Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
• For a full refund, cancellations must be received by close of business on 15 August, 2013.
• Cancellations received between 6 August, 2013 and close of business 14 September, 2013 will receive a 50% refund plus a €50 charge for refund processing.
• No refunds will be given after 15 September, 2013.

Please note: Any requests to change the payment method used for a completed registration will incur a €50 change fee. If you need to make a change, please contact the VMworld Registration Team.

Credit will be returned in the format payment was received, i.e., payment by wire transfer will be returned in the form of a wire transfer.

VMware reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, in VMware’s sole discretion, including for past or present failure to meet VMware’s standards of conduct (including, but not limited to, engaging in violent, illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct).

Conference payments must be received in full to print badge on-site.
