Will there be airport transfers to VMworld?
Yes, official VMworld 2011 coaches (Sponsored by Symantec) are available to transfer attendees from Copenhagen Airport to the Bella Center on Sunday, 16 October from 16.00 - 20.00 and Monday, 17 October from 10.00 – 20.00. On arrival, please proceed through customs to the Arrivals Hall. Here you will find a VMworld Europe 2011 representative with signs who will direct you to ground transportation.
On departure there will be a shuttle bus from the Bella Center to the airport on Thursday, 20 October from 12.00 – 18.00. Please plan to depart the Bella Center no later than an hour and 45 minutes prior to your flight departure time.
Please Note: There is NO shuttle service between the Bella Center and the Metro station as VMworld is adjacent to the station.

Is there a deadline for registration?
No. You can register online until Sunday, 16 October, the day before onsite registration opens.
When conference registration opens at the Bella Center on 17 October, you will need to register onsite. The onsite registration fee will be €200 higher, plus 2.9% booking fee, plus 25% Danish VAT, than if you register online before 17 October.

What payments do you accept for VMworld 2011 Europe registration?
Payments may be made by credit card at any time or by wire transfer for registrations made before Friday, 2 September.
Please note that wire transfer payment is due by Friday, 30 September. If payment has not been received by this time, a credit card will be required to secure attendance. If funds have not been received by Friday, 14 October, payment will be taken by credit card.
What if I need to change my payment method?
All requests to change the payment method used for a completed registration will incur a €50 change fee. If you need to make a change, please contact the VMworld 2011 Europe Registration Team at +44 (0) 20 8735 2300, or by email.
When will I receive my registration confirmation?
An email confirmation will be sent to you upon completion of your registration. If you have not received this within 12 hours, please alert the registration team.
If you have paid by credit card, your tax invoice will be attached to the confirmation email. If you have opted to pay by wire transfer, a pro-forma invoice will be attached. A tax invoice will be sent when payment is received.
How can I change my registration information once it has been submitted?
Access your registration by going to . You will need the username and password you created to log in. You can then edit your personal profile and also make changes to your hotel reservation. You will be required to wait approximately four weeks before you can access your hotel reservation once it has been submitted.
Are substitutions allowed, and is there a related fee?
Substitution requests must be received via email from the original attendee requesting a cancellation of his/her registration, and include the name of the person who will be taking his/her place as well as their email address. Also, the email must indicate whether or not payment is to be transferred to the new registrant. There is no fee for substitutions. Any new attendee must register on the website and indicate payment method. Once the substitution has been confirmed, an email will be sent to the substitute attendee requesting they confirm their registration.
May I register on behalf of someone else?
You may register on behalf of another person. However, to do so you must log on using their VMworld.com account.
If they do not currently have a VMworld.com account, you may create one using their email address, as long as all information is completed. If you receive the message 'This email is already in use,' the person already has a VMworld.com account and should provide you with their login details. Alternatively, these can be emailed by clicking on 'I forgot password' or 'I forgot username.' This information will be sent to the account holder.
Please make sure you have full contact details and credit card information before beginning the registration process.
How can I change or update my email address on www.vmworld.com?
Log in at www.vmworld.com and then click Manage Account > Edit User Profile. Edit your email address on your www.vmworld.com account.
How can I register for both VMworld Las Vegas and Copenhagen?
Registration for each event is separate, and you will need to register and pay for each event independently.
Is there an age minimum for VMworld?
You must be at least 18 years of age to attend the conference and expo. You must be 21 or older to attend evening functions.
Are discounts available for non-profit organizations?
No, employees of non-profit organizations do not receive a discount.
Are discounts available for prospective customers?

Attendees are permitted to purchase a Guest Pass for one guest who is 21 years of age or older.
Registered guests are permitted to attend the VMworld Welcome Reception on Tuesday, 18 October, and the VMworld Party on Wednesday, 19 October. The Guest Pass fee is €185, plus booking fee and VAT. The Guest Pass does not include access to breakout sessions, general sessions, labs or any other activities that are reserved for attendees with Full Conference passes. Guest passes can be purchased during online registration or onsite at the conference registration desk.
Can I be denied registration for any reason?
VMware reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at VMware's sole discretion, including for past or present failure to meet VMware's standards of conduct (including, but not limited to, engaging in violent, illegal, threatening or discriminatory conduct).

Do I need to wear my badge throughout the entire VMworld 2011 Europe conference?
Yes, please wear your conference badge to all functions, sessions and meetings so that you can be readily identified as a VMworld 2011 attendee. Every precaution possible is being taken to ensure a safe and secure working environment at VMworld 2011. Please be aware that we will be asking for valid photo identification (i.e., driving license, passport, citizenship card) at registration before releasing a conference badge.
What meals are included in the registration fee?
Lunch with refreshments will be provided on each day of the conference, as well as beverages during the morning and afternoon breaks. Full conference attendees are invited to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, 18 October and the VMworld Party on Wednesday, 19 October.
