Posted by clotspeich on Aug 10, 2012 11:39:55 AM
VMworld 2012 is just a few weeks away and the opportunities for education, collaboration and networking are better than ever for VMware Partners. Here’s a preview of what we have planned for you at this year’s event:

Partner Track – Attend one or more of the 20 unique sales or technical presentations to hear our experts discuss how to accelerate VMware technology adoption, increase loyalty and improve selling strategies.

Certification Exams – Get 50% off the cost of many VMware certification exams, including advanced certifications, exclusively onsite during VMworld 2012. Be sure to register in advance for each exam.

Cloud and Virtualization Education – Don’t miss our recommended business, technical and advanced technical general sessions and labs. We’ve outlined them by partner type in the Partner Guide.

Partner Lounge – Want to hear about new partner initiatives, book a meeting room, network with peers, or just recharge your batteries? This lounge is just for VMware Partners, so take advantage of it at Moscone West, 3rd Floor Atrium Lobby.

Video Blogging Room – When you head to the Partner Lounge, be sure to book an appointment to record a video for the VMware YouTube channel. One winner’s video will be featured in a future VMware blog entry.

Booth Partner Pods – Stop by the VMware booth to learn more about strengthening our sales and marketing partnership with you. We’ve got new ideas and we’re sure you do, too!

New Hands-on Labs – Explore how virtualization and cloud computing can make a powerful impact on your organization by choosing from Hands-on Labs covering topics like PaaS, DBaaS and vSphere. As you can see, there will be lots to do during our week together. If you haven’t yet registered, there’s still time. We look forward to seeing you at VMworld 2012.
