Just Launched - VMworld's "Guess the Artist" Game

So, you are registered and attending VMworld 2012 US in San Francisco...or for some reason you are still waiting to register.

The big question on people's mind is “Who will be playing at the VMworld party this year?”


Last year, we brought you The Killers...this year???

Now is your chance to share your thoughts on who might be playing, with an incentive.  The "first" correct guess will get the opportunity to attend the sound check live, taking place on Wednesday, August 29.

How do you submit your guess? 
By tweeting your guess and including #VMworldBand

However, there is a catch...

Each person is only allowed 1 “official” guess per hint (provided on June 12, 14, 19 and 21) AND must add the word “official” to the guessing tweet.

To redeem the prize, you must BE:
- A registered VMworld 2012 US attendee
- A "Follower" of our http://twitter.com/vmworld account

The first hint is “The artist has won at least one Grammy award.” You didn’t think we were going to make this easy, did you?

Oh, and sorry VMware employees -- you are not eligible to win

We'll announce the winner and REVEAL the band on June 22.
