My minor travel problems are nothing compared to what many along the coast are going through. I haven't heard if VMware is going to allow any kind of refund for those seriously impacted by Ike. It seems like a good idea to me, but the best thing to do would be to contact the VMworld folks directly. I'm sorry to hear about the problems that the hurricane have caused for you.
I am in South Louisiana and was severely impacted by both hurricanes. Any idea if I can cancel my conference access and get a full refund?
