"Virtual Virtual Machines" (vVMS) are run within these vESX Servers.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;vPODs:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt; vApp within vCD combined with embedded virtualization results in a completely self contained working unit known as the "vPod".
